For this course, the inspector makes arrangement with a listing agent to gather students at an actual house, and will perform
an inspection while students observe. The inspector will discuss ASHI standards and what is, and is not covered in a typical
inspection. The inspector will point out the difference between resale inspections and new construction inspections, such as
code references in the report. Agents have the opportunity to ask questions about different issues the inspector may
discover. Depending on time constraints, the inspector may produce an inspection report on site and discuss the importance
of its format.
Property Address will be sent to you by email upon registration.  Agents will meet the inspector at this unique East Cobb estate to complete this inspection/course.
